Lots of progress

Those builders have been very busy work on our new number 7.  In the last week or so there’s been a range of people down there (that’s a guess, haven’t actually seen many of them).

They’ve scraped the block, measured it all out, put the plumming in and today started the preparations so the concrete can be poured for the slab. Again, guessing this will happen tomorrow or the day after.

Once that’s done, they can put the frame up and our builder told us that would only take around 3 days. I suppose they need to let the slab set properly before the start on the next bit so maybe action will slow down this week.

Went to visit the display home on the weekend, just to get ourselves a bit more excited- it worked of course and we practised a few round of hide and seek. Think we’ve picked just the right house!
